Management
Frank Wilkins received his Bachelors in Psychology from Morgan State University in 2007 and his M.Ed. in Special Education along with Certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis from George Mason University in 2011. Frank has provided ABA therapy services in the private school, public school, and home setting. Frank became a Board Certified and Licensed Behavior Analyst in 2015. As a Clinical Supervisor, Frank strives to teach staff the most effective and least restrictive ABA therapy techniques for each client and empower parents to improve their interactions with their children using empirically based ABA strategies.

Matthew White, LBA| M.Ed. Education, Board Certified Behavior Analyst
Matthew White received is B.S. in Psychology from Guilford College in 2008. He found his calling working with children with Autism and other Developmental Disabilities during his third year of college education. He discovered ABA while living in Asheville and working for the Autism Society of Western North Carolina. He then continued to advance his ABA knowledge and experience while working as a Behavioral Therapist in the Richmond area.While pursuing a BACB certification through Florida Institute of Technology, Matthew joined the ASSET team in the fall of 2013. Soon after, in the spring of 2014, he received his certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Matthew’s role includes overseeing the implementation of behavior intervention services for his clients in the home and early intervention center settings, training and reviews for supervisors, conducting parent training workshops, and overseeing client behavior programs. As Clinical Supervisor LBA, Matthew strives to use evidence-based practices to help children gain the skills necessary to live a fulfilling life as well as help to provide families with the tools to facilitate this process.

Colten New received his Bachelors in Psychology from Eastern Mennonite University in 2010. Since then, he was worked at several in-home Applied Behavioral Analysis agencies in the area. He is currently enrolled in a Masters Program for Applied Behavior Analysis and will sit for the BCABA exam in Fall 2014. Colten's role includes implementation and oversight of behavior intervention services for his clients in the home setting, training and reviews for behavior coaches, conducting parent training workshops, and monitoring general programming.

Ligia Hurt | Applied Behavior Analysis Training
ASSET Program, Center Operations Manager
As the Operations Manager of the Brilliant Minds Early Intervention Center, Ligia brings in many years of excellence in leadership and communication skills. She is tri-lingual, and has an educational background in both Psychology and Sociology. As the Center Operations Manager, she is determined to ensure effective communication and implement organizational strategies, policies, and manage center functions. Ligia also manages the Center Transportation services, and has completed Applied Behavioral Analysis training. She is a devoted mom, and has a passion for our families working with behavioral and communication needs.
